- Humm, where do I start? I figure I only have one life, so I'm doing as much with it as I can. In my previous life I was an RN, I worked for 14 years in emergency rooms. During that time I met and married Dave Book and we had 3 daughters, Brenna, Valori and Bonnie. I then moved into Public Health nursing, and worked in that field for another 14 years, and completed a Masters in Public Health Nursing and in Public Health. It was fun while it lasted, but life goes on and I am now working on my career in art. It's been a slow start, but I am loving every minute of it. Of course, reading books has been a constant in my life!!! Heck, I even married one!! (Dave Book!)
